I was in need of a new tire due to the location the screw was lodged in it and I ended up buying all 4. The representative was great and gave me a good deal late on a Friday so I appreciate the availability. Definitely recommend this location!

Do not go here!! I called ahead to make an appointment and when I showed up at the time, he said he didn’t have my appointment on his schedule. When I asked how long it would take, he said he couldn’t give me an estimate. When I told him my phone number, he turned to his coworker and said I was talking too quietly instead of asking me to speak up. When he asked for my license plate, I said it a little more forcefully and he said he said “I don’t know what the hostility is about..” Just matching your vibe sir! If you give me attitude I’m gonna give it back. I ended up leaving and heard him screaming to his coworkers about me. I had been here a few times before this incident when they said they didn’t have me in the system. Turns out they spelled my name and address wrong. The place also smells rancid. Must be the fragile masculinity leaking out of their pores.

I had a very disappointing experience here. First, the oil change was much more expensive than I expected. But the biggest problem was the customer service. When I arrived, an employee asked for my key. I thought he only wanted me to move the car inside, so I said the car was already open because my car unlocks automatically when the key is nearby. Instead of calmly explaining that they needed to keep the key, he slammed his hand on the table and yelled at me several times, saying, “Put the key here!” There was no reason to speak to a customer like that. A professional employee should explain things respectfully, not scream or act aggressively. I stayed quiet because I needed the oil change done and it was late, but honestly, the behavior was very disrespectful and unacceptable. I will not come back, and I do not recommend this place to others.

Thank goodness for Monro Auto Service and Tire Center. I brought my 2017 Jeep in for service. My front wheel siezed up and smoke was billowing from my wheel. Sean quickly summed up the situation and within a day I was back on the road with zero issues. Excellent service, honest answers - I would definitely take my car there again for service.

I was in the middle of leaving a parking garage and soon realized that the air was practically gone in my rear left tire (replaced a month ago). I filled it up with my portable pump and headed to Monro, 45 minutes before closing, as it was the closest option. I told Sean at the front desk about needing a tire repair, and he was upfront about the car probably having to be left overnight on short notice. Eventually, I showed him the video of where the screw was in the tire, and he checked with his techs if he could fit in the repair. Fortunately, luck was on my side because the tire repair was simpler due to the location of the leak. The tech did an awesome job and plugged the tire in no time. While I was waiting for the repair to be done, Sean was entertaining to talk to and answered my car questions. For my first visit, I’m extremely grateful for the transparent and skilled service that I received. If you’re a late pop-in like me, I encourage others to bring any videos/photos that would help the team assess the repair time needed (if applicable). Again, I was very lucky to receive quick service, so it might not always help your case depending on their schedule. My tire is still
